Terms and Conditions of Use

By registering, accessing or using any service provided by 444group ("Platform"), you hereby agree to be fully bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. This agreement is legally valid and binding between you as the user and 444group as the platform operator.

These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with the 444group Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which together form a complete set of agreements between both parties. In the event of any conflict between any of those documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence over the other documents unless otherwise stated in writing.

Use of the 444group Platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. 444group reserves the right to verify the information provided and to request supporting documents at any time.

• You must be at least 21 years of age on the date of account registration.
• You are an individual registering in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a company or other legal entity.
• You are registering and using this platform entirely of your own free will.
• You are not on a self-exclusion list or a list of persons prohibited from gambling.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes sufficient grounds for the closure of all such accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name as stated on your identity card (MyKad), mobile phone number and a valid email address. 444group reserves the right to request a copy of an identity document such as a MyKad or passport for identity verification (KYC) purposes before approving any withdrawal transaction.

You are fully responsible for the security of your password and account login details. Contact the 444group customer support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 444group will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login details.

444group supports a variety of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, as well as cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM20.
• The minimum withdrawal amount for all payment methods is RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time is usually between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• The withdrawal method must match the original deposit method for security and compliance purposes.
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for cryptocurrency payments.

444group offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time, subject to their specific terms and conditions. All bonuses are at the discretion of 444group and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses may not be used in combination with other bonuses unless stated otherwise.
• Attempts to abuse bonuses through risk-free betting or similar techniques are prohibited.
• 444group reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through improper means.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time period; expired bonuses will lapse automatically.

All games available on the 444group Platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and fish shooting games, are operated in accordance with their respective rules as set by the game providers. Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) whose effectiveness has been verified and cannot be influenced by 444group or users.

For sports betting, 444group reserves the right to void or suspend any bet involving a match affected by corruption, result manipulation, or any factor that compromises the integrity of the sport. 444group's decision in such matters is final.

• Any game result produced by the system is final and cannot be disputed.
• Technical issues such as internet connection disruptions during gameplay do not entitle the user to cancel any active bet.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are as displayed in the respective game interface.

444group maintains a fair and safe gaming environment for all users. Any of the following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disciplinary action, including permanent account closure.

• Identity fraud or using another person's personal information during registration.

• Bonus abuse through creating multiple accounts or hedge betting techniques (bonus hunting).

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the 444group customer support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and users must ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn before the account is officially closed.

444group reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspicion of fraudulent activity, a request from the relevant authorities, or at 444group's own discretion. In the event of a suspension, 444group will notify the user via their registered email.

Users acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and that they are solely responsible for any financial decisions made on this Platform. 444group encourages all users to play responsibly and within their financial means.

444group reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, legal changes, or service improvements. Significant amendments will be communicated to registered users via in-Platform notifications or their registered email at least seven (7) days before they take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you are required to stop using the Platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 444group holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the arbitration process established by the relevant licensing authority.
